Jon Bial is the principal of a boutique law practice catering to select business clients in Washington and Oregon. Mr. Bial advises clients in legal matters ranging from corporate formation and structure, to federal, state and local taxation, to contract creation and negotiation. He also represents clients in disputes and negotiations ranging from partnership dissolutions and buyouts, to trademark infringement and other intellectual property litigation. He represents clients in court throughout the Pacific Northwest and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court (W. Dist. Washington), the U.S. Tax Court and state courts in Washington and Oregon.
