Rates and Policies

In previous positions, Jon was required to measure his life in six minute increments, meticulously recording how he spent his day.  His current boss is less concerned with such administrative details and now Jon prefers to work on a flat fee basis.  If possible, Jon will quote you a flat fee. This way, you will know immediately how much your bill will be and are free to choose to have Jon do the work, or seek another attorney.

For clients and projects (such as litigation or negotiating with the IRS), which require an hourly rate, Jon currently bills at $400 per hour.
